I guess it’s an artist thing, maybe it’s a hippie thing. Definitely a lone wolf thing. One thing I have always done is smile through all the good times, and the bad. This moment in time is like all the rest for a lifetime artist. We are always inside our minds and hearts. Diving deep into self is an everyday occurrence. Wondering if everything is going to work out is just like choosing to be an artist. Will I have any money? You might be an artist. Is humanity screwed?....you might be an artist. All of us think these things..... but the artist lives it all the time. The craft comes first over anything. This time reminds me of everyday I sit in front of the easel and start creating. No corporate sponsor, no insurance.... just pure get in the boat and go. Sometimes it will be smooth sailing and sunsets.... and others it will be the perfect storm. The best part about it.... it is an adventure that will be remembered forever. So glad everyone is feeling like I do all the time. Welcome to the artist life!
